CRC ecology was formed in early 2010 to fill a gap in the market for experienced practical ecologists. Having spent over 14 years working for a Local Authority, dealing with conservation objectives and planning decisions, Colin Cross, a Masters-qualified Ecologist, decided to form a company specialising in the management of the natural environment.
CRC ecology have a practical working knowledge of UK legislation and habitat restoration techniques and have assisted with the management on Sites of Special of Scientific Interest (SSSI's) and Special Wildlife Sites (SWS's) around the midlands.
From the creation of otter holts and reptile hibernacular to woodland management or tree felling CRC ecology has the experience and expertise to help you with your project.
